EULA - End User License Agreement

END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT for GiMeSpace Free Edition v1.2

"Author" herein refers to Jorrit IJpenberg(the creator of GiMeSpace Free Edition).
"Software" refers to all files included with GiMeSpace Free Edition (typically installed by the installer).

Except where otherwise noted, all of the documentation and Software is copyrighted by Jorrit IJpenberg (the Author).

The following is a legal software license agreement between you and the Author, setting forth how you can use the software: GimeSpace Free Edition. You acknowledge that you agree to its terms by distributing, downloading, installing, and/or using the software. Carefully read this license agreement before using the product.
License and costs

This is free software. The Software is being distributed as freeware. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use this software for your own use without charge.
You are granted the rights to distribute this freeware version of this product with the the following limitations. You have permission to include and distribute the freeware version of this software in a commercial Freeware / Shareware CDROM, download web site or other collection, together with other software. If you include it in any such package the following restrictions apply:

1. The distribution format is not to be modified in any way from the original supplied by the Author. Specifically no files may be altered, deleted or added to the distribution file(s).

2. The distributor may charge a reasonable distribution fee as long as it is made clear to the user that this is a distribution fee and not a fee for using this program. The distributor may not charge a registration fee or give the impression that the user is paying the registration fee.
Use and distribution of the Software is permitted provided that all of the following terms are accepted:

1. The Author grants you a non-exclusive license to use the Software subject to your compliance with all of the terms and conditions of this Freeware License.

2. You are only granted a license for the machine-readable, object code portion of the Software. You will not modify, enhance, reverse engineer or otherwise alter the Software from its current state.

3. You will not have any proprietary rights of the Software. You acknowledge and agree that the Author retains all copyrights and other proprietary rights of the Software.

4. The Software is provided "as-is," without any express or implied warranty. Even without the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall the Author be held liable for any, direct or indirect, damages arising from the use of the Software.

5. All redistributions of the Software's files must be in their original, unmodified form. Distributions of modified versions of the files is not permitted without express written permission of the Author.

6. All redistributions of the Software's files must retain all copyright notices and web site addresses that are currently in place, and must include this list of conditions without modification.

7. Use beyond the scope of this license shall constitute copyright infringement.

8. This license shall be effective and bind you upon your downloading of the Software.

9. The Author reserves his rights to modify this agreement in the future.
If you do not agree to all of the above terms, you are not permitted to use the Software in any way, and all copies of it must be deleted from your system(s).
